Held on 15/16 October at The Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, the theme of the 2018 Conference was 'The Loyal Company', which recognises the need for building a successful mutual of lasting relationships with customers, owners, employees, suppliers and the communities in which we operate. A short video, which draws together these key ingredients, is available to view and download by clicking on The Loyal Company image.
