Bruno Geiringer

 Looking to use my skills, knowledge and experience as a non-executive, particularly in with-profits, in another NED role on the board or on another WPC or IGC with a friendly society or mutual insurer. As an experienced non-executive, I can provide guidance and support to an executive team involved in strategic planning, product development, distribution, governance, regulation, reinsurance, with-profits funds and corporate transactions (acquisitions and disposals, Part VII transfers, transfers of engagements and corporate restructuring and integration), compliance and risk. I have 25 years direct experience in the life industry, including as main board executive of a well-known UK Life insurer, and have participated in many board sub-committees whilst working at three major Life insurance groups and a national Bank. Dick Jenkins

Keith Meeres

An experienced director who has operated successfully in the financial services sector (mainly mutuals) for over 40 years, helping businesses through significant periods of strategic growth and regulatory change. Board level experience includes circa 20 years in an executive capacity and several years in a non-executive role. Lucy McClements

Director at BP&E Global, a governance and leadership consultancy firm, Lucy is a qualified accountant with over 20 years experience in financial services predominantly within the UK regulators - Bank of England, Financial Services Authority (FSA), and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). She supervised firms from both a conduct and prudential perspective including the smallest 250 insurers. Stephen Moncrief

I am a personable commercially focused actuary with extensive senior management experience within financial services, principally life assurance. I have been actively involved with several friendly societies and I am currently on a with-profits committee.  I believe I have excellent judgement and I am efficient, committed and I can pick up key issues quickly and add value to any organisation. Gary Morley
