Gary Morley

Gary holds the role of Compliance & Risk Officer / Company Secretary at the Oddfellows, his career within the financial services sector has spanned over 30 years, were he has held various employed roles, ran his own independent regulatory consultancy and held a Non-Executive Director role. Deborah Rees

Senior investment banker with much experience building businesses from scratch and leading organisations through major transformation. Established and managed the Emerging European equity team for Barclays.Team ranked 7 after just 4 years, with a client base of over 300 institutions built from zero. As executive director at Exotix Capital drove the transformation in working practices, marketing, regulatory reporting, client contracts and IT necessitated by MiFID2. Member of the Board and Investment Committee of The Methodist Insurance Company. Longstanding involvement with the Leprosy Mission International, Board, Investment Committee, Governance Committee and now a Pension Fund trustee. While on the Board and Governance Committee helped to turn the company from a 19th century to 21st century member-driven organisation. Also, Chair the Rochester Poverty and Hope Appeal. Strong interest in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) investing.

Steven Spilsbury

Non-Exective Director of Healthy Investment; previously Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Vernon Building Society and interim Chief Executive at two Benfield Group subsidiaries, who led, directed, and managed the strategy and supported the implementation of two start-up retail financial services businesses for the group, one of the world's largest corporate re-insurance brokers.

David Thompson

David Thompson is a successful Managing Director in financial services with over 30 years experience. Has held a number of Senior executive roles with Zurich, Winterthur and AXA. Has extensive board Director experience. Particular expertise with leading significant commercial change/ transformation programmes, particularly in investment and technology sectors. Andrew Townsley

An experienced Director with a strong commitment to mutual organisations, and a proven track record of growing financial services business. I also have a good understanding of corporate governance, strategy, credit and risk management and following retirement in 2016, want to utilise the skills and knowledge acquired to help other organisations in a Non-Executive Director capacity. Richard Warrington

I have worked in smaller businesses which have been disruptors as well as more established firms, so have seen how both operate. I have been very focused on ensuring firms meet the expected treating customers fairly outcomes, fully aware of the need to be on top of their conduct risks and issues, thereby successfully achieving excellent customer service, strong investment returns and sustainable business results. My company has been one of the main providers of compliance services to friendly societies for the last 17 years. I was deeply involved in the FSA consultation process which led to the formation of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants. I now wish to move back from day to day compliance consultancy to use the experience I have gained at board level.
