An experienced Director with a strong commitment to mutual organisations, and a proven track record of growing financial services business. My company has been one of the main providers of compliance services to friendly societies for the last 17 years. I was deeply involved in the FSA consultation process which led to the formation of the Association of Professional Compliance Consultants. After a successful career in the friendly society movement over more than 20 years, including six years as Chief Executive, Martin is interested in either a NED role or an interim director role, to extend his time in the mutual movement. A chartered accountant, Martin’s first role in financial services was in finance and he held the role of Finance Director for 14 years.
