Steve Wardlaw of Emerald Life will join us to explore the topic of LGBTQ+ Diversity in the workplace from a product/service development perspective, with the aim of getting firms to really think about how they could make access to their products easier for the LGBTQ community. 

Steve will outline some of the practical difficulties the LGBTQ+ community experiences when trying to access financial services and how firms can train their people to deal sympathetically with that community, and many of his points could translate into how firms should be treating their own employees.
