Jason Whyte, one of the authors of the research, will run an interactive session on the Nextwave findings and what it might mean for the mutual sector, and Chris Payne and Jill Hitchen from their Technology Consulting team will lead a discussion about how players in the sector are using technology transformation to respond to the business challenge and how mutuals can keep pace.
