During the roundtable discussion, we will explore the impact of Covid on the IP market, including the changing expectations and needs of consumers.  A discussion on what marketing approaches are proving successful, and sales conversion rates, might also be beneficial.

We will also look at how IP products have evolved over the last five years, and in particular since the start of the pandemic, and compare our experiences of the impact on lapses and claims.  (This will include an overview of the emerging outputs from AFM’s recent claims data exercise)
