The Company Secretaries Forum will review the main findings from AFM’s forthcoming paper on corporate governance in the sector.  Following an extensive review of member’s report and accounts, as well as data collected through our member survey, the session will explore good practice amongst AFM members on corporate governance, as well as areas for improvement.
