• For Microsoft 365 agreements, as standard we can:
  • Add in new users and manage the tenant on customer’s behalf
  • Look to perform a software review once a year to discuss new products and align technologies, cost savings

     

• Provide a wrap around service with ability to deliver professional services, helpdesk services
• Provide free of charge value-added services around hardware such as imaging/autopilot, stock holding at our onsite warehouse in Watford for 90 days, asset tagging, call logging for warranty calls direct with manufacturers.
• Provide an online catalogue for ordering pre-selected equipment and bundles suitable for the business.
