The Oddfellows

I have worked I the mutual insurance society sector for the last 7 years, firstly with Healthy Investment before moving to the Oddfellows in December 2022.

Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW), I have spent most of my career in the financial services industry, having worked in both commercial and investment banking, commodity markets, and family office investment and wealth management, before coming into the mutual sector, as Finance Director with Healthy Investment and now CFO and Board member with the Oddfellows.

I have a broad skill set and am enjoying supporting the Oddfellows strategy, helping to mold its future growth and with a strong affiliation now to mutual organisations,   I would like the opportunity to strengthen that bond and influence as a member of the AFM Board and feel that I have the right qualities to make a difference.

Outside of Oddfellows, I like to keep an active, analytical mind and enjoy playing Tournament Bridge, and have participated in both national and regional events held around the United Kingdom, and have represented both Kent and Lancashire in County competitions.
