Following his article in February’s edition of Mutually Inclusive, Greg Fradd from The Accuracy People joins us to explore:

• What we mean by ‘mistakes’: clarifying their definition of a ‘mistake’ and look at some typical examples of data errors.
• What do mistakes cost us? Errors come in all shapes and sizes; the same is true for the consequences of those errors.
• Why we make mistakes and what we can do to make fewer of them. We’ll explore why, as humans, we’re not equipped to be working perfectly accurately with data and, knowing this, how we can reduce the mistakes that we make at work.
