With just a few months to go before the Consumer Duty comes into force at the end of July, we have invited Matt Brewis, FCA Director of Insurance, to join a member of the AFM Board to discuss the FCA’s approach to supervising implementation of the Duty. We plan to allow time for questions at the end of the discussion, though to help ensure that the conversation is as relevant to our sector as possible, we invite Members to submit any questions in advance, and by 24 March at the latest.
