The workshop will guide the participants through today’s member journey with interactive group discussions, sharing best practice with relevant case studies and outcomes, the result of which will give the participants a clearer understanding of how to enhance the member engagement within your organisation.

Critical to any member successful journey is to talk to your members as individuals and we will discuss this in some detail bearing in mind that AI is here and what impact that has on GDPR and how storytelling will impact on your communications throughout each key stage.

We will discuss in detail those five key stages of the member journey;

Awareness

Consideration

Buy-in

Service

Advocacy

Participants will:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of your member’s experience and needs
  • Learn strategies to enhance member communications
  • Discover methods to increase engagement, retention and recruitment
  • Share challenges and solutions with sector peers
  • Learn from real-world case studies and best practices

We will be joined by three of the Sector’s leading experts to guide us through the day:
