Resilience and Wellbeing, part 1

Building personal resilience and wellbeing is a key part of good leadership and having a life you love. Joanna Young, Resilience Coach, will deliver a 2-part interactive resilience and wellbeing workshop for AFM members, in which she’ll help participants identify the things that impact on their resilience and the potential consequences of not taking action, and offer and explore a range of tools and strategies to build resilience. Recognising that one size doesn’t fit all, she’ll aim to help participants choose and put into practice strategies that will work for them.

This is a 2-part workshop held online on consecutive Tuesdays: 30 November and 7 December, 10am-11am
