Following on from the presentation that Paul Harwood delivered to the roundtable on how Holloway Friendly measure their operational risks, Cornish Mutual’s risk owners set about reviewing their risks utilising parts of the Holloway Friendly framework. During this roundtable session, Paul Mahon at Cornish Mutual will share with the group how Cornish have taken things forward with the aim of strengthening their controls, including the development of Key Risk Indicators.
