The 2017 AFM conference and AGM was held on 16 and 17 October, at the Crowne Plaza Stratford-upon-Avon. The theme of this year’s event was “Our customers, our future”, and during the event we explored the subject via a wide range of case studies and insights into how mutual and not-for-profits are successfully growing their business by a focus on the best interests of the customer.
