Held on 15/16 October at The Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, the theme of the 2018 Conference was ‘The Loyal Company’, which recognises the need for building a successful mutual of lasting relationships with customers, owners, employees, suppliers and the communities in which we operate. A short video, which draws together these key ingredients, is available to view and download by clicking on The Loyal Company image.
The two-day programme provided a good opportunity to network, to share insights and knowledge, and to hear from key speakers from regulation and industry about their thoughts on topical content for the financial services/mutuals sector. [Conference brochure]
