Jane Dumeresque

Experienced professional NED with skills in strategy, governance, M&A, finance, risk, compliance, operations, HR and business development.  Extensive financial services experience working in corporate finance, investment management, financial advisory, banking, building society and Insurance.  Qualified as an ACA with KPMG London, have an MBA from the London Business School, and am a member of the Chartered Banker Institute.  Currently NED and Chair of Risk at Teachers Building Society (TBS), and iNED and Chair of ARCC at Foresters Friendly Society.  I also sit on the transformation committee at TBS representing the NEDs overseeing our technology project.
