Lynzi is a successful and experienced Board level director with over 25 years of experience in Financial Services, working in Private Equity, plc, Mutuals and Friendlies sectors. She is an experienced Chair of several Executive committees including Risk and Compliance Committee, Investment Committee, Customer Committee, Product Committee, Strategic Investment Committee and People Committee.

Lynzi has held many FCA approved roles and is also experienced in With Profits as MD of LV= and is a previous Pension Trustee Director. Key skills and focus are Consumer Duty, Customer Strategy, People Engagement, Finance and Risk.

Currently an iNED for 2 companies, including the role of Consumer Duty Champion, Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, and a member of the Audit and Risk Committees. Looking for additional iNED roles to enhance her current portfolio.
